Thank you for shopping with K&H Custom Prints. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

Personalized / Custom Orders

Because custom items are made to order, please allow:

  • 24-48 business day hrs. for production and processing before shipment

Non-Custom Orders

Standard items may be processed within:

  • 1 business day

Processing times may be longer during:

  • Holidays

  • Sales events

  • High-demand periods

  • Unexpected supply or carrier delays

2. Shipping Time Estimates

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

US Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–10 business days depending on destination and customs

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on:

  • Destination

  • Package weight

  • Shipping method selected

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • Contact us immediately at khcustomprints@gmail.com

  • We can only make changes before the order has shipped

  • If the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee rerouting

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Weather

  • Customs processing

  • Peak shipping periods

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Delivery access issues

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Contact the shipping carrier

  3. Reach out to us at khcustomprints@gmail.com

We will do our best to assist, but carrier delivery decisions are outside our control.

7. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them separately depending on inventory, production timelines, or fulfillment location.

You will not be charged extra unless clearly stated at checkout.

8. Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Take photos immediately

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and photos of:

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label

    • The damaged product

We will review and work toward a replacement or resolution.

REFUNDS / RETURNS

At K&H Custom Prints, we want you to love your order. Because many of our items are personalized or made to order, our return policy differs from standard retail policies.

1. Personalized / Custom Items

Due to the made-to-order nature of personalized items:

  • All personalized/customized products are final sale

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

    • Customer spelling errors

    • Incorrect size selected by the customer

    • Color choice selected by the customer

    • Change of mind after production begins

    • Dissatisfaction with a design that matches the approved/requested customization

Exceptions for Custom Items

We will replace or refund a custom order if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The personalization does not match what you submitted due to our error

To request help, contact us within 3 days of delivery at khcustomprints@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

2. Non-Custom / Standard Items

For non-personalized items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is unworn and unwashed

  • The item is in original condition

  • Tags (if applicable) are still attached

  • The item is returned in original packaging when possible

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect:

  • Personalized/customized items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items caused after delivery

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if:

  • They are defective

  • They are damaged upon arrival

  • We sent the wrong item

For size changes on non-custom items, exchanges may be offered at our discretion depending on stock availability.

5. Refund Process

If your return or issue is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

6. Return Shipping

Unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

We are not responsible for lost return packages.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

Because many orders are processed quickly:

  • Orders may only be canceled or changed within 2 hours after purchase, depending on production status

  • Once production begins, custom orders cannot be changed or canceled
