Are your products made to order?

Yes — many of our items are made to order, especially personalized and custom-designed pieces. This allows us to create unique apparel and giftware, just for you.

Do you offer non-custom items too?

Yes, depending on current availability, we may also offer select non-personalized ready-to-ship items in addition to our custom apparel and giftware.

How do I personalize my order?

When placing your order, you’ll be able to provide your custom details such as:

• Design preferences

• Special instructions

• Email artwork or images (if applicable)

Please make sure all personalization details are correct before submitting your order.

Can I use my own design or image?

Yes, you may email your own artwork, logo, or image for customization.

By uploading content, you confirm that:

• You own the design, or

• You have permission to use it

We reserve the right to refuse designs that violate copyright, trademark, or content guidelines.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

We may be able to update or cancel your order only if production has not started yet.

Will the product look exactly like the mockup?

We do our best to display products as accurately as possible, but slight differences may occur due to:

• Screen brightness or monitor settings

• Fabric texture

• Print placement

• Print color variations

• Garment sizing differences

Small variations are normal, especially for personalized and made-to-order products.

Can I use a logo, image, or design I found online?

Only if you have the legal right or permission to use it.

You may not upload copyrighted, trademarked, or protected material unless you are authorized to do so.

By submitting custom content, you confirm that you have the right to use it.

Will you use my custom design for marketing?

We respect your privacy.

We do not use your submitted custom design, text, or uploaded images for marketing without your permission.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

We do not store full payment card details unless explicitly stated.
